With all of the craziness during this pandemic, we ask that you please allow us at least 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. After your order has been processed, please note that we have no control over how long it takes USPS or UPS to deliver your package.

- Odd People ships orders from Los Angeles.
- Once orders are shipped, we will send you a shipping notification.
- All international customers are responsible for any customs/duties fees that occur when the product arrives in their country.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.A.)
How long will it take for my order to ship after I place my order?
- We usually ship 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive an email or text message confirming your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after it has been shipped?
- We ship all of our products from Los Angeles, California. It should not take more than 7-10 days for your order to be delivered.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
- If you need to change or edit your shipping address please email us immediately at info@odd-people.com with the correct address and we will change it.
- After your order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
What carrier will my order ship through?
- All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order and the shipping costs.
What if I want expedited shipping?
- If you want to pay for expedited shipping, email us at info@odd-people.com and someone will be in touch with you to discuss different shipping options and how to pay for the extra costs.
